Previously we have advised that our 784 Maidstone commuter service will cease on 5th of May and our 731 Sittingbourney and Medway service will finish on 26th May. Details of these changes and implications for customers can be found here.
If you have a Chalkwell Multi-Journey GoCard you can exchange your card for for single Kings Ferry tickets equivalent to the volume left on your card. In order to do so please return your card to us by post and we will send you your replacement tickets, which will be valid for use on Kings Ferry services up to 1st September 2017.
Alternatively you can surrender your Multi-Journey GoCard by bringing it into our office at 195 Chalkwell Road, Sittingbourne ME101BJ.
Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive your tickets in a timely fashion. However, if the tickets do not reach you in time for when you want to start using the Kings Ferry service then you may need to purchase tickets from them directly to cover your interim travel.
We will exchange Multi-Journey GoCards for single Kings Ferry tickets until 30th June 2017.
Please do not attempt to board any Kings Ferry coaches with your GoCard as their ticketing system is unable to accept our GoCards, and you will not be allowed to travel without paying the correct fare.
